Programme

Practical information

  • The lecture hall is equipped with a beamer, a computer (MS Windows XP, Windows Vista) and an overhead projector. 

  • It is recommended to upload and test the presentation in advance, at least 10 minutes before the session starts. Kind assistance of technicians, responsible for uploading the presentations and using the microphone, is provided.

  • Each presentation duration in the programme includes also 3 minutes for disscussion and 2 minutes for changing the presentation. Please, keep strictly your timing. Chair persons are kindly requested to follow strictly the session schedule.
  • The dimensions of poster boards are 150 cm and 120 cm (A0 format is recommended).
  • Lunch and  conference party are served in the separate building of the hotel complex. You will be informed upon registration.
